2nd entry for February 23, 2010






These were 2-minute and 3-minute poses. It was interesting how S- used the equipment available. People with more aerial acrobatics training tend to hang with their bodies in more-or less a vertical relationship to the points of support above. Some have used the lengths of fabric as supplemental drapery in addition to support.
S- was using the equipment in many cases to be a secure support of diagonal resistance, allowing her to extend out diagonally into space for longer time periods. That allowed for some drawing challenges, and was a step apart from the poses she would normally take, where ground is the sole support.
